C'est ici que l'on peut observer les aurores bor\u00e9ales (en hiver seulement), que le soleil de minuit appara\u00eet (en \u00e9t\u00e9 seulement) et que la culture indig\u00e8ne sami reste la plus visible. Troms\u00f8 est le principal centre n\u00e9vralgique, bien que des villes plus petites comme Alta et Kirkenes offrent des exp\u00e9riences plus isol\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Norv\u00e8ge centrale<\/strong> comprend Trondheim (la capitale historique de la Norv\u00e8ge) et le plateau montagneux de Dovrefjell. Cette zone de transition relie les r\u00e9gions du sud aux zones arctiques, avec des paysages montagneux spectaculaires et les principales lignes ferroviaires de Norv\u00e8ge qui la traversent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le sud de la Norv\u00e8ge<\/strong> comprend Oslo (la capitale), des villes c\u00f4ti\u00e8res comme Stavanger et Kristiansand, et des paysages plus doux que le nord spectaculaire. L'immensit\u00e9 de la Norv\u00e8ge surprend souvent les visiteurs. Le trajet en train d'Oslo \u00e0 Bergen dure 7 heures. De Bergen \u00e0 Troms\u00f8, il faut compter plus de 2 heures de vol. Traverser la Norv\u00e8ge du sud au nord prendrait plus de 30 heures sans escale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 \u00e0 4 jours<\/strong> permettent d'explorer une r\u00e9gion en profondeur : observer les aurores bor\u00e9ales autour de Troms\u00f8, d\u00e9couvrir les fjords de Bergen, visiter Oslo ou faire une courte excursion c\u00f4ti\u00e8re. Il est impossible de voir \u00ab toute la Norv\u00e8ge \u00bb en si peu de temps ; choisissez une r\u00e9gion et acceptez de ne pas en voir toutes les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7 \u00e0 12 jours<\/strong> permettent de combiner plusieurs r\u00e9gions de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente : les fjords de l'ouest et Oslo, la Norv\u00e8ge arctique et une croisi\u00e8re c\u00f4ti\u00e8re vers le sud, ou une exploration compl\u00e8te des \u00eeles Lofoten. Cette dur\u00e9e convient \u00e0 la plupart des visiteurs internationaux qui souhaitent combiner la Norv\u00e8ge avec d'autres destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'hiver (novembre-mars)<\/strong> apporte des journ\u00e9es courtes, de la neige et du froid. En Norv\u00e8ge arctique, l'obscurit\u00e9 dure plus de 20 heures par jour, cr\u00e9ant des conditions id\u00e9ales pour l'observation des aurores bor\u00e9ales, mais limitant les activit\u00e9s diurnes. De nombreux cols de montagne se ferment. Certaines croisi\u00e8res dans les fjords proposent des horaires r\u00e9duits. Mais l'hiver permet de vivre des exp\u00e9riences impossibles en d'autres saisons : les balades en tra\u00eeneau \u00e0 chiens, la motoneige, les h\u00f4tels de glace, le ski, l'observation des cascades gel\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'\u00e9t\u00e9 (juin-ao\u00fbt)<\/strong> offre des conditions oppos\u00e9es. En Norv\u00e8ge arctique, le soleil ne se couche jamais \u2014 le \u00ab soleil de minuit \u00bb signifie 24 heures de lumi\u00e8re du jour. Tous les sentiers de randonn\u00e9e sont ouverts. Les croisi\u00e8res dans les fjords affichent complet. Les temp\u00e9ratures atteignent des niveaux confortables (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 15 et 25\u00b0C). Mais les sites touristiques les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres sont pris d'assaut, les prix atteignent des sommets et les aurores bor\u00e9ales sont totalement absentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le printemps (avril-mai)<\/strong> et l'automne (septembre-octobre)<\/strong> offrent des compromis. La m\u00e9t\u00e9o devient impr\u00e9visible \u2014 il pourrait neiger ou faire du soleil. La foule se disperse consid\u00e9rablement. Certains services r\u00e9duisent leurs horaires. Mais vous y trouverez des prix plus bas et un rythme de vie local authentique.
